Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase! But if you're not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return most items in new condition within 30 days of receipt.

Return Conditions

1. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you. If you would like to return the item, please initiate a return request within 30 days of delivery.

2. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain underwear and swimwear items cannot be returned.

3. Returned items must be in new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered condition and have the original tags attached and the hygiene sticker (if applicable) intact.

4. Free gifts cannot be returned.

5. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without a proper return request.

Return Instructions

1. Sign in to your GLOWMODE account.

2. Go to “My Orders”, locate the order containing the item(s) you wish to return, and click “Request Return”.

3. Read our Return Guide carefully before proceeding.

4. Select the item(s) you would like to return, then click “Next Step”.

5. Indicate the return reason, and click “Submit” to complete your request.

Return Shipment Guide

1. Check the return confirmation email you received for the return address and the supported supported carriers. You can also find them on the "Return Details" page. To ensure a smooth and speedy refund process, please return your items using one of the couriers listed there. Using these designated carriers allows us to process your refund more promptly.

2. Use the specified carrier to send the return items to our return address.

3. Record the tracking number of your package and obtain a clear, complete photo of the shipping label (digital or physical format accepted).

4. Upload the tracking number and the shipping label photo to your account. (Steps: My Orders → Return Details → Update Tracking Info)

Important Notes:

Do not use Freight Collect (FTC) for returns, as our warehouse will not accept such shipments.

Do not send your return to the sender’s address on the original package, as this is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non‑GLOWMODE products.

Return Costs

The return shipping cost depends on the carrier you choose. You will need to pay this fee directly to the carrier, and we do not provide reimbursement.

Refunds

Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package.

The refund will be issued to your original payment account, and you will receive a confirmation email once it has been issued.

The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
